Return policy

In addition to statutory rights we are pleased to offer an exchange or credit note on unsuitable goods providing a proof of purchase from the Doors by Jas M.B. store is provided. All items must be returned to the Doors by Jas M.B. store within 14 days of purchase at the customers own expense. We advise that the goods be sent by recorded delivery as Jas M.B. cannot accept responsibility for any goods lost in transit. Customers are also advised sale items and reduced goods cannot be exchanged or refunded. Customers should be aware that any postage charges will not be refunded.

This does not effect your statutory rights as a consumer.
